Mary knows this market inside and out. There was a townhouse for sale that I bid on. She advised me that the price the sellers were asking was too high and with the current comps it probably wouldn't appraise. I am so happy I held back and followed her advice. A nicer unit came on the market at a lower price and I was able to purchase it with a smooth appraisal process and closing.
The other unit eventually came down in price but is still on the market.
